📢【Position】 Japanese Bilingual ERP Consultant
💲【Salary】 　$80ｋ-＄90ｋ
📍【Location】 Torrance, CA
🏢【Hiring Style】Direct hiring, Full-time

Our client is looking for an experienced ERP Consultant with hands-on implementation experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). This hybrid role involves both on-site and remote work, with preference given to candidates in the Los Angeles, CA area.

【Responsibilities】
Lead/support ERP implementations across departments
Analyze business requirements and configure ERP accordingly
Train and support end users
Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with tech teams
Document processes and configurations
Requirements:

Proven ERP implementation and support experience
Strongly preferred: Experience with Dynamics 365 BC
Knowledge of Finance, Sales, Purchasing, or Inventory processes
Strong analytical and communication skills
Business-level Japanese proficiency
