Currently our client is looking for an Accounting Specialist and we have an immediate opening position in the following:

📍【Location】Fremont, CA
📢【Position】 Accounting Specialist
💲【Salary】　$25-$20/hr.
🏢【Hiring Style】Full time-Non Exempt

【Responsibilities】
・Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
・Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
・Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
・Prints and obtains signatures on all accounts payable checks
・Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
・Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements

【Qualifications】
・BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
or the equivalent combination of education and experience
・Minimum 2 years experience in Accounting
