45R is a Japanese luxury clothing brand that specializes in indigo dye, fabric making, and traditional Japanese textile techniques. Our flagship store in SoHo has been open since the year 2000. We have built a large client base over years that appreciate the brand\'s dedication to quality, craftsmanship, and unique design.
We are looking for a full time Sales Associates in our new San Francisco location (Lower pacific heights) who wants to grow with our brand. The candidate must have a love for fashion and high quality products. He/she must enjoy providing excellent customer service and communicating within a team. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn all aspects of our brand and can take on responsibilities. We promote from within and career advancement is available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities Include:-Outstanding customer service with focus on customer retention-Creating and maintaining an inspirational shopping environment within our store-Visual merchandise-Online maintenance and updates.

Minimum qualifications but not limited to:
-1-3 years of retail experience
-Must have an open schedule and available to work full time (Including weekends and holidays) -- Part-time maybe possible
-Great sense of style
-Self-motivated-Detail oriented
-Must be able to learn and retain product knowledge
-Excellent work ethic
-Able to work as a team as well as independently
-Interest in Japanese culture is a plus
