Japanese bookstore seeks an office clerk. (Full-time)

- $18 -$19 per working hour +BOE;
- 8 working hours/day (10am -7pm) X 5 days/week (Monday -Friday)

General Position Summary
This position covers promotion and marketing for sales growth and brand image penetration. The main promotional targets are web business customers and membership participants, but store customers are also covered. Coordination and cooperation with stores in event and promotional planning is very important. The promotional work requires detailed customer analysis based on the company’s CRM system. The position also handles basic customer support over the phone, email and web.
