8 years have passed since the Great East Japan Earthquake on March 11, 2011. There are many people still suffering in Japan. And also, unfortunately there are many more people suffering from natural disasters, including last November California Wildfires. This program will be dedicated to these victims. Furusato “My Hometown” is a well known Japanese song. We’ll share this song with you in support of their recovery effort.
Featuring Hiroshi Kashiwagi, poet, Yuki Endo, shinobue (Japanese bamboo flute), and Shoko Hikage, koto.
