僕の若い中国人の夫妻がデイリーシティの一軒家の中の２部屋を貸します。下の紹介分が彼等からです。

Rent $825 + $50 utility = $875 / month

We are looking for working professional or students who are responsible, clean, quiet, and easy going to move in. Room has a big window with sun light and there is 1 bathroom to share with your other roommate.

Minimum of 1 year lease, rooms are available from Jun 1st 2017.
washer/ dryer are included,
street parking only, (easy to find a spot if you have a small car).
walk-able distance to Daly City Bart station where you can take SFSU shuttle to school! Bus stop is in front of our door to Bart station if you do not drive.

Please no party, no pets, no smoking/drug, no over-night guess, no over-night dishes, no loud music, no late payment, easy going and responsible.
