僕の若い中国人の夫妻がデイリーシティの一軒家の中の２部屋を貸します。下の紹介分が彼等からです。

There is 1 bed room available for rent. Looking for male roommate as there is one young man has been living here over a year. Rent is $725 + $25 utility. (utility includes PG&E, water, garbage, internet and gas) We are looking for professionals or students to share the space.

Please no smoking, no pet, no drug, no party, no over night guess.

The location is in Daly City, it is a safe and quiet neighborhood. Lucky, Starbucks, and other shops are around the corner. Bus stop is in front of the house if you do not drive. Street parking only and it is easier if you have a small car.

Move in cost will be $1000+ 1st month rent.
Can move in Nov 2019
