僕の若い中国人の夫妻がデイリーシティの一軒家の中の２部屋を貸します。下の紹介分が彼等からです。
二人とも良い人格者で、契約、修理等の問題になる事はまずないと断言できる程、良い大家さんになると思います。

There are 2 rooms are available for rent. Each room is $825 + $50 utility. (utility includes PG&E, water, garbage, internet) . We are looking for professionals or students to share the space.

Please no smoking, no pet, no drug, no party, no over night guest.
The location is in Daly City, it is a safe and quiet neighborhood. Lucky, Starbucks, and other shops are around the corner. Bus stop is in front of the house if you do not drive. Street parking only and it is easier if you have a small car.

Move in cost will be $1000+ 1st month rent. Minimum 1 year lease.
