Due to a change in plans, I’ve signed a lease for a new place even though my current lease ends on September 23rd.
I’m now looking for someone to either:
• Take over the lease (relet) starting now until September 23rd, or
• Sublease from July 13th to September 23rd
This is a luxury apartment in San Jose, located in a top-floor corner unit. Each building has only four units, and currently, there is only one unit available in the entire complex.
